This policy explains how the Wiizo Technology and Automation Ltda., whether or not registered on the CNPJ 58,979,346/0001-63, uses cookies and similar technologies on FunnelOps pages under your control, including the institutional website and, where appropriate, authenticated areas.

2. What are cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files or identifiers stored or read by the browser during the visit to a website. They can allow technical functions, protect sessions, remember options and, when configured, measure usage or campaigns.
Similar technologies include local browser storage, pixels, tags, device identifiers, SDKs and technical logs. Not all access logs are a cookie: servers and protection networks can also register the IP address, date, time, page requested, browser and security events.
3. What data may be involved
Depending on the technology and purpose, the following can be addressed:
- random session, browser or device identifiers;
- approximate IP address and network information;
- date, time, pages visited and duration of the session;
- type of browser, operating system, language and resolution;
- privacy preferences and chosen features;
- safety, robot detection, error and performance events;
- origin of the visit and campaign parameters, only if compatible tools are activated.
The preference for cookies on the public site does not correspond to an authenticated session on the platform.
4. Why can we use these technologies?

- Measure campaigns: Assign conversions or customize advertising only when an advertising tool is active and there is an appropriate legal basis.

Cookies can also be sessional, deleted when closing the navigation, or persistent, maintained by the informed deadline. They can be their own, defined in the visited domain, or third party, provided by another service.

The infrastructure can also use technical security mechanisms. The actual names and deadlines of third-party cookies may vary with the settings, browsers and vendor updates.
7. Non-essential tools and current status
The site has Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity configured. Your scripts remain disabled until you select Accept all. Al seleccionar Reject Optional, the site continues to work without loading these tools and without saving the origin of the visit for campaign measurement.
There is no Google Analytics property configured in this version. Google Ads is a different tool. The external videos and services that access also follow the policies of the respective providers.
8. Difference between public website and authenticated area
The institutional website presents public information and currently only uses the necessary security technology. The authenticated platform may need additional identifiers to log in, maintain the session, prevent fraud, balance the load and preferences requested by the user.
These necessary identifiers are not used for advertising only because they exist. The availability of modules, integrations and white-label domains can generate technical differences. The white-label partner is responsible for informing additional cookies that it installs on its own domain or on its own initiative.
9. Legal basis and applicable principles
The necessary cookies can be processed to execute the requested service, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and systems or meet legitimate security interests, always with assessment of necessity and proportionality.
Non-essential cookies may be based on consent or on another valid legal basis, according to purpose and context. When consent is used, it shall be free, informed, unambiguous, category-specific and revokable. We apply the principles of purpose, adequacy, necessity, transparency, security, prevention and non-discrimination provided for in the LGPD.
10. How to accept, reject or change preferences

We use Cloudflare for the delivery, security and protection of the site. Cookies established by suppliers also follow their privacy documents. Technical data can be processed outside Brazil according to the overall infrastructure used, with contractual safeguards and mechanisms provided for in applicable legislation.
The integrations chosen within the platform, such as communication channels, payments or productivity, may use their own cookies in their domains. Activation of an integration does not mean that your cookie is installed on the institutional site.
13. Duration, retention and security
Cookies remain only for the time necessary for the purpose or for the time specified in the inventory. Technical records related to security, auditing and fraud prevention may have a different retention, according to the Privacy policy, legal obligations and rights.
We take technical and organizational measures to reduce undue access, alteration or disclosure. Still, no environment is totally risk-free. Cookies marked as Secure are transmitted in secure connection and cookies HttpOnly They are not accessible to common browser scripts.
14. Their rights and supplementary information
When cookies or similar technologies involve personal data, you may exercise the rights provided for in the LGPD, including confirmation, access, correction, opposition, revocation of consent and deletion where appropriate.
